Some useful tips on troubleshooting issues with Chrome browser when using BI4Cloud.
1) Determine version of Chrome you are using. You may need this to report to support or to google questions on Chrome. Listed instructions below:
- Click on the hamburger icon on the RHS of the address bar, and select About Google Chrome:
It should show something like the following:
2) Proxy Server settings. Listed below is how to get to these settings:
- Click on the hamburger icon on the RHS of the address bar, and select Settings:

- Click on Show Advanced Settings:
- Scroll down to Change Proxy Settings:
- In the windows control panel window which is displayed, click on LAN Settings:
- In the subsequent displayed window, see if there are any proxy server settings displayed:
3) Can you please try inconito mode:
- Click on the hamburger icon on the RHS of the address bar, and select New incognito window:
- in the window which is displayed, goto URL https://my.biforcloud.com and try the icons
4) Try clearing browser history (almost last resort as you will loose any saved passwords / form data etc):
- Click on the hamburger icon on the RHS of the address bar, and select History:
- In the tab which is displayed, click on Clear browsing data:
- Select the items to clear:
5) Reset Google Chrome (last resort):
- Click on the hamburger icon on the RHS of the address bar, and select Settings:
- Click on Show Advanced Settings:
- Scroll down, the last item on the page is a button to reset the browser:
- This will display a warning dialog asking if you wish to continue:
- Click on Reset if you wish to continue.
Please only try options 4) / 5) if you are confortable with loosing saved website data.
