| As helpful as the default preset Favourites are when you first start using BI4Cloud, once you become familiar with creating your own Favourites you can now Hide our standard Favourite reports either temporarily or always. |
Hide Shared Favourites Temporarily
Click on Hide Shared to quickly see only a list of the Favourites created under your user Login. this will hide the Preset Favourites and also any reports that have been shared with you by other users.
Hide Default Favourites Always
To have only user created Favourite reports display when you login you can hide the default Favourites. Changing this setting will apply to the whole organisation and all users.
Before hiding the default Favourites, we suggest you run each one and if you like it then save a copy as a new Favourite under your own login.
- Login to BI4Cloud as the Admin user on any browser
- Goto the Organisation page
- Scroll Down to - Display Default Favourites - Set to NO and Save Changes
- To redisplay the Default Favourites simply change Display Default Favourites back to Yes
