Add Budget GP% to BI4 Job Budget Analysis report
We use the Job Budget Analysis report (Job List ) where we enter in Income and Cost Budgets for each construction job into MYOB. We have created a Job List in BI4Cloud which displays the Income Budget, COS and Expense Budgets and Budgeted Profit for each Job and we compare this to the Actual and Estimated Job Profit and GP% for each Job.
We would like to add a new column that calculates the Budget GP% so we can ensure that we are planning to meet out benchmark GP%, then compare this Budget GP % with the final GP% achieved on each job.
Are you able to please add a new column Budget GP % (Budget/ Income Budget)?

I can see how it would be helpful for you to have a column that calculates the GP% based on your budget numbers to then compare to the actual % you achieve by Job.
I have attached a screenshot from our demo company that I have created running the BI4 Job List report and the +/- Columns button to display the Income/COS and Expense Budget figures as you have described. So I understand you would like us to add a new column to this report called Budget GP% that you can then use to see how your Actual GP/Margin % compared to the original budget?
