Divisional Profit and Loss is a curated workbook that will be shown in your WorkBook listing when
If the connected file contains Classes, Location, Tracking Categories, Jobs, Branches or Divisions
- AND -
the User has opted to allow that curation to be shared. see curated workbooks
Then workbook is provided with a default implementation of the following Profit and Loss reports.
Consolidated Profit and Loss by Division Level
The report is a classic Profit and Loss format showing Actuals v Budget for the Month and Year-To-Date. The Dimensions is will analyse by are dependant upon what is in your company file.
- For MYOB that could be the Job, the Job Levels and any defined GL Tags
- For Xero that could be the two Tracking Categories and any defined GL Tags
- For QuickBook that could be the Location and Class and any defined GL Tags
- For Accumatica that could be Project and Sub-Accounts and any defined GL Tags
You may not have implement all of these variations and so this workbook will need to be editted to suit your implementations.
