Setting MYOB to Update and not Delete transactions

When a transaction is deleted in AccountRight Live it is not reported in the API.
 
So MYOB never tells us of the deletion. We have reported this o the MYOB API support team many times.
 
We have a repair utility we can run to recover a date range. 
But its a manual operation and to work we need to know the date range the deletion took place. You have provided this
 
Because the deletion has been done so we can only recover from it. We understand it's convenient to delete but if it's an external document ( eg. invoice, credit ) there is no record of it.
 
There is no record anywhere of the original transaction. It's gonsky.
 
If you could edit transactions to fix then or if the transaction needs to be deleted reverse it.
 
If you want to keep strict records of accounting transactions then they s/b reversed.

We will process a recover of the date range 1/2/25 through 28/2/25 and advise when complete so you can re-check
