From Monday 30 November, the old Legacy reports will no longer be available. After that date, all reporting in BI4Cloud will run through the newer Workbooks version which was released nearly two years ago.
What this means for you
If you still use any Legacy reports, you'll need to start using the Workbooks version before 30 November. Your data connection to [MYOB / Xero / QBO etc ] stays the same. Only the way you view and build reports is changing.
Why we're making the change
Workbooks is faster, with a modern UI and is significantly more flexible to allow you to build even better custom reports. New improved Dashboards and Charts will enhance your reporting and it's where all our new features are being built.
Don't wait until the last week. Getting set up early leaves time to sort out any gaps especially if you have reports scheduled to auto email out.

5. Great time to give your reports a refresh
We have also noticed that many clients have many old Legacy reports that could be improved on or enhanced, so this is a great opportunity to take a good look at what old reports you have been using and ask your team what information they really need to better do their jobs. For example we are seeing many Legacy reports saved to run over dates from years ago that no one would now want, are you then manually changing report dates every time you run them? Others have old filters that no longer are valid, are you manually changing filters every time you run reports? Reports running over minute levels of detail are also a question mark. What exactly are you looking for, who uses reports at that much detail? Would it be better to run higher level reports and then drill down to investigate issues?
