TDT Chemicals are a niche supplier of chemical raw materials, in Australia and New Zealand. Providing chemical raw material products for protection / waterproofing. This highly specialised market means that there is a finite customer base who require these products and they ned to be provided detail market knowledge and technical experience.
Even with the technical specialisation it is still a business and requires proper financial management. The business needs to ensure margins stay on target and this requires periodic review of product sales. Although this was infrequent it still required a couple of days each quarter.
