Introduction
Bi4Cloud integration with Xero can be established via the Xero AccountIng App or at my.bi4cloud.com using your Xero credentials.
Trying BI4Cloud on Xero is really easy. Just follow these steps.
- Use Sign Up with Xero for a Bi4Cloud 14-day free trial*
- Select and Sync your Xero companies
- Analyse your Business
Alternatively if you want a different Bi4 Login/Password than Xero then you can Set Up a Bi4Cloud Free Trial which allows you to setup a alternative set of credentials than Xero. Details here Bi4Cloud + Xero : Connect a Trial
Sign Up to Bi4Cloud with Xero
A Xero user with Standard or Advisor access can connect to an App in the Xero App store.
From within the Xero login an App can be researched, selected and connected.

Select by click on “Get this app” on above page
Connect process
Click Through Xero - accept details of profile sharing by Allow Access (example)
Xero Confirm - Select Company Confirm Access to client data by Allow Access (example). You can choose multiple companies.
This above is the same for all for Xero Add-on Apps
Next the user is redirected to Bi4Cloud form with details pre-filled with info read from the above connection and requires the user’s phone number and optional areas. (example)

Clicking through the above screens forms the Agreement between your organisation and Bi4Cloud
You will then be returned to the BI Admin console. The Refresh Icon will blink green/ orange. Be patient and wait for the Last Extract time to display against your file (the screen will refresh every minute). The first company sync can take a long time depending on your data. When it's done we will send you an email.
You can add more companies with the + button or create consolidated companies with the stacked cube icon up on the left
Whether you closed the browser and received the email and logged back in or waited for the sync to complete you will see a screen similar to the display below.
You can customise the spark charts by clicking on the info button and selecting the chart style and then press the Company from the menu. Here Sales and GL Spark chart is selected. These spark charts are intended to provide a thumbnail of each companies activity.

Login to your BI4cloud account at my.bi4cloud.com.
For specific instruction on WorkBooks, Cool Stuff or Company Setup click the headings blue info
Jump straight into Workbooks icon, choose a pre-built Base Workbook and explore the various reports and dashboard.

Changing Company Detail
If you wish you can edit the Company detail such as name and refresh start date connection detail in the BI4 Admin screen in the toolbox icon in the file list. This can be done after the sync completes.
