Worksheets - Rename, Copy, Move or Delete

Bi4Cloud Workbooks are made up of multiple Worksheets, in this article learn how to quickly copy and re-organise these. 

Worksheet Options

To access the Worksheet Options:

  • Ensure you are in Edit Mode, these options are not available in View Mode
  • Click the triangle next to the worksheet name

Rename

Click Rename and the cursor becomes active on the current name ready to simply edit and click away to save.

Set as Default

Sets this Worksheet as the Default one that opens whenever the Workbook is opened.

Move or Copy

Click the Copy icon to create a copy of the worksheet, then Save.

Drag and drop the Move icon to reposition the Worksheet, then Save.

Then go back and Rename it.

Delete

Delete unwanted Worksheets.  If in doubt Hide the Worksheet and delete later.

Background Color

Color coding Worksheets is a great way to organise them in themes, each Division or Sales Rep could have the same colour etc.

Font Color

Changing Font colour can also help certain Worksheets to stand out.

Hide or Unhide

Hide Worksheets if you plan to use them again later. I like to also move Hidden Worksheets to the far right.

Save Workbook Changes

Remember to always Save the Workbook after any changes.

There are two options for Saving a Workbook:

1. Save Icon - Top right corner
