Drowning in detail? Focus your attention on the Top and Bottom performers.
Instead of Viewing All of your Items or Customers keep an eye on the Top 10 or 20, maybe you should drop the Bottom 10?
Click on the drop down to see Top 10
Choose another Dimension to View top 10 by e.g. Top 10 by Profit.
Show or Hide the "Other" Balance
Most reports default to show ALL data.
Click on the drop down to see Top 10
The Default will be to View by Top 10 Sales.
To change this you will need to go to the Advanced Screen.
Now Choose another Dimension to View top 10 by e.g. Top 10 by Profit.
Choose to Show or Hide the "Other" Balance
When you Choose Top 5 or 10 the report will default to also show the Total of all "Other" sales etc and the Grand total for the chosen period.
To just see the Top 5, 10 etc totalled without the "Other":
- Click on Properties
- Untick - Show Other Data
