Help articles are available throughout the Bi4Cloud application. A Help button on the Top right corner of each page (we moved it from the lower right corner).
Click on the Help button and a window pops up which provides some Top Suggested articles depending where you are in the Bi4Cloud App. You also have a search field where you can type whatever you are looking for - try it ! Type "Taylor Swift"
In the window there's also a Live Chat but if we are all busy or away from our desk the button will be Leave a Message.

The Help is displayed in the window but if that's too small just click the arrow thingy
