Monitor Transaction volume
The purpose of setting transaction quotas is to provide fair value for small businesses and appropriate fee for service in larger businesses.
Larger business can create large transaction volumes in their accounting systems. These transactions need to be refreshed to BI4Cloud and stored for reporting and the more volume the more resource is consumed.
Reasonable use quota are being introduced. These are currently

Pricing
- Lite version will continue to be $20*/ month with summary data only and manual data refresh.
- Professional 1 is priced at $60*/ mth ( includes 1 seat, manual refresh. Extra seat $18*/ seat ).
- Professional 5 is priced at $132*/ mth ( includes 5 seats, auto daily refresh. Extra seat + $18*/ seat )
- Enterprise 1 is priced at $80*/ mth ( includes 1 seat, auto daily refresh. Extra seat $25* / seat )
- Enterprise 5 (Cool Stuff) is priced at $180*/mth ( includes 5 seats, auto daily refresh, Cool Stuff incl. sales budgets, division budgets, COA reorganisation tools. Extra seats $25 / seat)
- Recipient users with role based address processing at $5*/ mth / recipient to 20 then $1 / recipient.
- Yearly subscriptions receive a 1 month discount.
What is a seat ?
A seat is a user or a company file. Buying an extra seat entitles the connection of an additional company file and an additional user.
