Cool Stuff includes Advanced features in Bi4Cloud that extend the reporting and features of your accounting software.
Cool Stuff is available in the Enterprise 5 user version of BI4Cloud and includes access to:
- Monthly Budgeting for
- MYOB Jobs which are usually limited to one lump budget per job account
- Xero Tracking Categories, budget by one or both Tracking Categories and roll up to a company wide P&L
- QuickBooks Class Budgeting to provide Excel export/import capability
- The source of budgets is controlled in Company Setup on toolbox icon.
Click the toolbox and scroll to see the Bi4 Month Budget source. If set to NO then the Budgets in the accounting system budgets and these are used for Divisions. If set to Job | Tracking Category | Class then Bi4 Monthly Budget are used and it will be blue and access allowed.
