Company Setup is where you can changes various aspects of the company including -
- Company Name
- Company Currency
- Currency Symbol ( if different from Organisation)
- Setup the Budget Source to choose Bi4 Monthly Divisional Budgets or the connected system budget entries. see below

The Budget Source is controlled by the field Bi4 Monthly Budgets. To use the Bi4 budget screens you need to set this according to the system
- For Xero set to Tracking Code
- For AccountRight Live set to Jobs
- For QuickBook Online set to Class
If this field is set to No then the Cool Stuff Budget feature will not accessible ( greyed out ) . The connected accounting system budget will be read if they exist. If you chose this option you will not have :
- precise edit control of jobs, tracking code or classes,
- no spreadsheet export/import features and
- no Forecast ledgers

You access Company Setup from the BI Admin page by selecting Setup for the company
