If you did your sign up with Sign Up with Xero or SignUp with Intuit and you access Bi4Cloud through thta autentication then you need to reset your password in those applications
If you signed up with Bi4Cloud or were added as a Bi4Cloud User then your reset your password with the following instructions
- Go my.bi4cloud.com and you willsee the following screen
- Click Forgot Password
- A screen will be displayed for you to enter the email address you use to login into Bi4Cloud and then press send email
- A confirmation dialogue will display. After reseting your password return to this page to use your new password.
- You will recieve an email from support@bi4cloud.com
- If you cannot find that email look in your spam.
- Do not keep pressing Forgot Password because the reset emails will stack up.
- if you make too many attempts the attack detection will consider it's under threat and you will be locked out for an hour.
- The email sent will look like this in your email list

- Press CONFIRM and you will be taken to a screen to enter your new password twice
- After entering the password and confirm.
- Then return to the confirmation dialog and enter your new password. If you can't find the confirmation dialog just enter my.bi4cloud.com to show the login form.
